href=\"https:\/\/www.mfa.gr\/en\/visas\/visas-for-foreigners-traveling-to-greece\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">D 1.1. &#8220;Studies&#8221;<\/a>) by the\u00a0<strong><a title=\"consulars\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mfa.gr\/missionsabroad\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Greek Consular Authorities<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0of their country of origin, are required to apply for a residence permit for studies within 90 days of their arrival in Greece.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you want to apply for the\u00a0<strong>initial residence permit<\/strong>, for the\u00a0<strong>renewal\u00a0<\/strong>of your residence permit or to arrange the\u00a0<strong>delivery\u00a0<\/strong>of your residence permit you have to visit\u00a0the online platform of the\u00a0<strong><a title=\"ONLINE APPLICATIONS\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.immigration.gov.gr\/electronic-applications\/index?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General Secretariat of Migration Policy<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0read the available instructions on the left, choose\u00a0the permit you are interested in, select the category &#8220;<strong>Studies&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Scholars&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>if you are<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>a scholarship holder\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>submit\u00a0<\/strong>the application after filling in the required information\u00a0.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">In order to check the progress of your
